IPB University’s 59th Anniversary, Rector Describes Indonesian Food Resilience Through Strengthening Innovation and the National Food Industry

In his speech at the commemoration of the 59th Anniversary of IPB University, Thursday (1/09/2022) at the Grha Widya Wisuda (GWW) Building, Dramaga Campus, Bogor, the Rector of IPB University, Prof. Arif Satria said that increasing consumption of animal protein sources is important in strengthening food system resilience. Sources of animal protein from poultry, beef, and fish need to be encouraged.
