The Chancellor of IPB University, Prof. Dr. Arif Satria, had the opportunity to speak at the 2020 MillenialFest Conference stage which was held ahead of the commemoration of Indonesia’s Independence Day (HUT). The important message he conveyed was that in facing this uncertain situation, we are all required to have a growth mindset. Growth mindset is needed in order to be able to adapt and be responsive to change.
