IPB University Lecturers Homecoming Teach Sinar Sari Community to Make Black Garlic

Black Garlic is a product of garlic ripening at temperatures between 60-70 degrees celsius in a closed container for 14 days. This product is widely consumed to increase body endurance, lower blood sugar and lower cholesterol. This is because of the antioxidant elements contained in it and rich in amino acids as compounds that help metabolism.
