The village has potential for natural resource and human resource. Right now villages are the focus of development from many parties. IPB University becomes one of the few universities with the commitment to community development in villages. One of the programs that have been running consistently is Program Pemberdayaan Keluarga (Posdaya) from the Centre of Human Resource Development (P2SDM), Insitute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) IPB University.
