During this pandemic, it is not only physical health that needs attention, but mental health also does. Changing patterns of daily activities, which are mostly carried out online and the lack of direct social interactions, can increase the risk of stress on a person. This stress can be caused by a person’s inability to adapt to various changes that occur in their environment and the absence of coping mechanism to overcome these problems.
