Millets may still be foreign to some Indonesians. In fact, millets are a food plant, just like rice. It is because it is not surprising that this plant is still underutilized. In several regions in Indonesia, millets are known with local names such as Hotong (Maluku) and Botok (Nusa Tenggara).
